It is a pleasure to see so many representatives from the African continent here. I wish therefore, to focus my observations specifically on Africa.

Our industry is evolving at a very fast pace. African producing countries are changing - or looking to change their business models, rewriting the unwritten rule book of relationships between governments, private enterprise – local and international - and the diamond industry.
