Kristall retains Sightholder status

On Monday, December 17, 2007 The Diamond Trading Company (DTC), the distribution arm of the De Beers family of companies, unveiled the results of the Sightholder application process. Kristall Production Corporation has retained its sightholder status, while the DTC has reduced the number of its clients. Kristall’s agreement with the DTC will be for the 2008-2011 contract period.
Kristall’s New Commercial Office Opened in Moscow

The Russian Government Favoured the Increase in Rough Supply to Smolensk Kristall

On the 30th of August, 2007 at the Russian Government session Head of Smolensk region Victor Maslov initiated an increase in rough supply to the major Russian polished diamonds manufacturer, Smolensk-based Kristall Production Corporation. The initiative was supported completely.

The International Football Tournament in honour of Alexander Shkadov finished in Smolensk.
The International Youth Football Tournament under the auspices of Kristall Production Corporation took place from the 21st to the 26th of August 2007 in Smolensk. The competition was organized in honour of Alexander Shkadov, an outstanding figure in the Russian diamond industry.
