On the whole, social policy is a very important principle of the company’s activity. High social responsibility is one of the major areas of our company’s activities. The projects are directed on solving problems of current importance in social sphere of the company, town and country.Kristall pays great attention to health and physical development of its workers. In 2006 there was opened a new well-equipped gym on the premises of the company. Football, volleyball, basketball, bowling and shooting tournaments are held constantly. The company’s team always takes prizes in regional contests. Carrying out summer and winter games became a good tradition.

Kristall concerns itself with workers’ prophylactic rest. The company provides all the workers who need treatment with rest time in regional health centers.

The growing up generation is supported as well. During summer the kids are provided with places in summer camps. For those children who achieve excellent results in school there are special bonuses.

The company pays attention to sponsorships, charity and welfare. Great attention is paid to World War II veterans. Concerts are held for the former Kristall’s workers on regular basis.

One of the priority activities of PC Kristall is art and culture support. In the context of program Hermitage in the Capital of Russian Diamonds, Smolensk the company held first and unique exhibition of Russian fine art and jewelry from State Hermitage named Russia.
